●1. New field types "User" and "Department" will be available.
For detailed information on "PORTERS Mobile release", please refer to the PORTERS Mobile ver2.1.0 release notes.
◆ User type
This field allows you to assign a PORTERS user.
-
Traditionally, the "Owner field" has been used to specify users.
(This is a system field with the alias '{Resource}.P_Owner')
Due to its specifications, it could not be set up multiple times per hierarchy, and its customization flexibility was limited, causing management inconveniences.
- With this release, you can freely place fields to assign users, and customize the display method (show department name and user name / show user name only).

◆ Department type
This firlds allows you to assign a user department.
-
With this release, you can independently assign and place user departments on the screen without linking to the user assigned as the owner.
-
For example, in functions such as export and email templates, you can output the name of the user department independently.
-
When using the Department Type field for searches, it creates a more manageable situation compared to managing with the Owner field.
(Example: When managing with the Owner field, if there is a change in the user's department due to a transfer, the department name displayed in the records where the user is the owner will also be updated accordingly.)
◆ Changes to Owner Field
Similar functionality enhancements have been made to the Owner field (a system type field with the alias '{Resource}.P_Owner').
-
Traditionally, the "Owner Field" displayed the user department and name of the assigned user.
-
After the release, you will be able to select the display content in field customization (show department name and user name / show user name only). This setting will be reflected not only in the PORTERS screen display but also in email templates and export outputs.

If settings considering "User Type" and "Department Type" fields are applied in application management screens or templates, please be aware that the expected results may not be achieved, or unexpected errors may occur.
●2. Import/Export: Improvements to Contact type field.
◆ When Exporting Contact type field.
Traditionally, the ID of the linked Contact record (the value of the Field with the alias 'Contact.P_Id') was output.
After the release, it will be possible to selectively output any field within the contact resource.

◆ When Importing Contact type field.
Traditionally, the ID of the Contact record (the value of the field with the alias 'Contact.P_Id') was used as the key to determine the linked record.
After the release, it will be possible to select the key field to identify the linked contact record.
Note: This function is for specifying the linked contact record. It does not allow adding or updating data in the contact record.

- When PORTERS is displayed in English, some labels in the email sending UI have been changed to more appropriate terms. (Before: SendingTo/target/maillabel → After: To/Resource/Email)
- In the Search Condition side panel of the list screen, the field names of the search conditions will now be displayed in bold.
●4. Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue where the owner of sales could not be deselected in the Quick field editing of the sales list screen.
- Fixed an issue where the error check message "Value is required." was not displayed when attempting to execute without specifying the owner during bulk update of Sales.
- Fixed an issue where the dropdown might be hidden when clicking the magnifying glass icon for owner fields after clicking the magnifying glass icon for Contact type fields in the Search Criteria screen.
- Fixed an issue where the display differed when selecting a Contact record from the ID compared to other methods in the Contact type fields of the Search Criteria screen
- Fixed an issue where newly added options or user departments could not be immediately set as criteria in the Report.
- Fixed an issue where attempting to edit owner fields in the record Edit screen would display the same-named user departments as if they were the same department in the dropdown list.
