Internal Maintenance: Server OS Version Change
【Impact of Internal Maintenance / Specification addition】
Please understand that changes may occur in areas that are not specified in the PORTERS Connect API Guide, and that we are unable to provide advance notice of these changes.
The changes and additional specifications currently known are as follows.
1. The API used to return a "414 Request-URI Too Large" error when the size of the request exceeded 32KB, After the release, the error returned will be "400 Bad request".
2.The Content Type of the Response Header returned from PORTERS will all be unified as “application/xml;charset=UTF-8”.
Currently, Content Type is returned as follows, but we will unify all of them with “application/xml;charset=UTF-8”.

- Authentication API (GET/POST)… text/plain
- Resource API (GET/POST)… application/xml; charset=UTF-8
* However, if the response body size exceeds 8KB, text/plain
We have been notified that the content-type will be changed from “text/plain” to “no content-type” in the May security update. However, since “application/xml; charset=UTF-8” is the correct Content-type for the response content, we will change it so that it is correct as it should be.
