【New Features】

1　On the Sales List View, it is now possible to send emails to Staff (Resume) and Recruiter, and to send bulk emails.

• In the Sales List View, it is now possible to send emails to Staff (Resume) and Recruiter.

• For example, in the dispatch workflow, it is now possible to send confirmation e-mails for contract extensions.

• You can also send a bulk email to Staff (Resume) and Recruiter as a confirmation email for contract extension.

• After the contract extension is confirmed, you can also send an email to Staff (Resume) and Recruiter to confirm that the contract is correct.

2　Enables bulk update in Sales List View.

• For example, in the dispatch workflow, it is now possible to update the results of contract extension confirmations and other information in a batch.

3　In the action menu settings of Job / Resume, both parameters can be set. (Enables map search after matching, etc.)

• When creating a Job action menu, it is now possible to set the Resume parameters.
  Also, when creating the Resume action menu, it is now possible to set the job parameters.

• For example, it will be possible to create an action menu to perform a map search after matching in the New List View.

4　The Color Settings for Year-Month-Date type items "●Days within(before today)" can now be set.

• It is now possible to set "●Days within (before today)" as the Color Settings for Year-Month-Date type items (Date type / Date Time type).

• For example, you can set the color of jobs that are within 3 days of opening.

5　Up to two Color Settings for Number type items can now be set.

• It is now possible to set up to two Color Settings for Number type items (Number / Currency type).

• For example, for hourly wage and salary items, you can set the color for "more than ● yen" or "less than ● yen".

6　The [See More] button makes it possible to check the data from the continuation of the number of items displayed in the New List View.

• By clicking on the [See More] button, you can now view the data from the continuation of the set number of views.

• For example, if you set the number of data to be displayed to "50", you can click the [See More] button to display "51~100" data.

• The display of the number of data displayed in the List View has been changed to show the number of data displayed for the search condition and the number of data displayed after filtering.

• The Color settings are now available for Age type items.

• In the List View of the New List View, the Age type item has been changed so that only the age is displayed.

• In the List View of the New List View, Date type / Date Time type / Telephone type / Age type are now displayed right-justified.

• When the data in a phase group is 1 or more, the ▶ icon is now colored red, not just the number.

• In the phase checkbox in the Search Condition Sidebar, the parent level is now hidden when the phase has two levels.

• In the sort dialog, the [Asc (Ascending)] and [Desc (Descending)] buttons have been changed so that the sort is executed without clicking the [Apply] button.

• In the sort dialog, the scroll location is now displayed at the top of the List View after the sort is executed.

【Bug Fixes】

• Fixed a bug that some search conditions were not displayed in the Search Condition Sidebar of "Matching Jobs" and "Matching Resumes" displayed after auto-matching.

• Fixed a bug that when editing the Process phase date in Quick item editing in List View, if you enter a new date after entering a date that is older than the past phase, you will not be able to save it.

• Fixed a bug in which the New mail screen remained in a loading state when clicking the mail address of the corresponding mail type item in the edit screen of data that has a "Read only" mail type item.

• Fixed a bug in which the Process phase "No End Flag" was selected when clicking [Edit Search Condition] again in the "Matching Resume List" or "Matching Job List" that was displayed after executing Auto Matching.

• Fixed a bug where the Color Settings for "Date Created" and "Date Updated" were not reflected.

• Fixed a bug that when sorting IDs, sorting was performed by string instead of number, and the correct sort order was not displayed.

• Fixed a bug in "Send JOB Email" and "Send Candidate Email" where the data with the corresponding ID was not displayed when a 6-digit number was entered.

• Fixed a bug in the security group setting screen where it would not load properly and would remain in the loading state.
