PORTERS Version 8.2.3.1 will be released with the following updates:

■ Feature Improvements

  1. Reflect actual resource names on the screen for selecting resources when creating a new Global-Menu
  2. Reflect phase access control when adding new items in the sublist "Phase History"
  3. Enable search by Recruiter name in the Recruiter merge screen

 

■ Bug Fixes

  1. Fix the order of email addresses on the "To" screen for email sending to match the layout
  2. Fix the display of Contact type items on the Recruiter merge screen
  3. Fix the error that occurs when trying to bulk update the participant items in Activity

 

Feature Improvements

1. Reflect actual resource names on the screen for selecting resources when creating a new Global-Menu

In the customization screen, the resource names displayed when adding a new Global-Menu were fixed, but they did not match the customized resource names for each environment, making it difficult to choose which one to select.

Therefore, we will modify it to match the resource names on the left side.

2. Reflect phase access control when adding new items in the sublist "Phase History"

When setting phase access control to read-only, the phase becomes read-only and cannot be edited in the resource edit screen, but new items could be added from the sublist "Phase History".

Therefore, we will modify it so that the access control settings are reflected in the new/edit screen of the resource.

3. Enable search by Recruiter name in the Recruiter merge screen

Until now, the Recruiter merge screen could not be filtered by name search, and if there were more than 1,000 Recruiter records for one Client, they could not be displayed.

Therefore, we will add a function to search by name using AND or OR.

Bug Fixes

1. Fix the order of email addresses on the "To" screen for email sending to match the layout

The email address type items displayed on the "To" screen when sending an email were randomly displayed, but we will modify it to display in the same order as the resource layout.

2. Fix the display of Contact type items on the Recruiter merge screen

The Contact type items were not displayed on the Recruiter merge screen, and when merged, the linkage of the Contact type items was removed. We will modify it so that the Contact type items are displayed.

 

3. Fix the error that occurs when trying to bulk update the participant items in Activity

When trying to bulk update the participant items in Activity, an error occurred saying "A system error has occurred". We will fix this issue.
