The following maintenance will be carried out for ZLOSS.

■ Fixes

We will fix the current issue where, if the creation of the online meeting URL fails, the system transitions to an error screen and the resume is not updated. After the fix, the resume will be updated even in such cases.
When the creation of the online meeting URL fails, we will modify the system to insert the following sentence into the {{ $onlineInterviewUrl }} section of the notification email sent to the applicant:
別途メールにてご案内いたします／We will contact you separately by email.

Dear 〇〇,
Your appointment for the staff registration interview has been successfully scheduled.
Please find the details below. Kindly bring writing materials for note-taking on the day.
Location: Shinjuku Office
Date & Time: September 16, 2025, 11:00 AM
Online Interview URL: 別途メールにてご案内いたします／We will contact you separately by email.
The interviewer is expected to be ●●, but please note that this may change depending on availability on the day.

When the creation of the online meeting URL fails, the system will be modified to send the following notification email to the assigned interviewer:
