①On the screen for adding a new process:
・If the field “Process.P_Recruiter” is hidden, the client is not automatically selected even when a job posting is chosen.
・If the field “Process.P_Client” is hidden, the client is not automatically selected even when a job posting is chosen.
【Workaround】
Until this issue is resolved, temporarily displaying the system fields “Process.P_Recruiter” and “Process.P_Client” (currently hidden) will allow the company to be automatically selected.
②The template for sending emails from the Contact is not displayed.

1.New Resources Will Be Added
To enable the management of temporary staffing operations in PORTERS, we will add the following three resources:
保険適用事業所 / Resource Prefix : Office
雇用契約 / Resource Prefix : Employment
評価 / Resource Prefix : Talentmanagement
Please note:
These new resources will not appear on your PORTERS interface unless specific configurations are applied on our side.
Once they are ready for use, we will provide further details separately.
As part of adding new resources, the screen for selecting the Item Type when registering a new field in the customization interface will be partially modified.
Please refer to the updated screen below:
- The following field types will be displayed under “Others”:
Telephone, Mail, URL, Image, Option, Reference - A new section, “Related Resource Integration Settings”, will be added, displaying the following field types:
User, Department, Contact - The Contact field type will be modified to retrieve its name from the resource name.
For example:
If the resource name for “Contact” is customized to “Client Representative,” it will be displayed as ”Client Representative”.
