Emails received during maintenance will be imported sequentially after completion. -

Attempting to send will result in an error message. -
Bulk Mail
During the relevant time window, any bulk email sends that are in progress or attempted will be treated as interrupted.
Because the results file for the bulk email send operation will not be generated, you will not be able to directly confirm the intended recipients. Please be advised.
As this may cause significant inconvenience, please ensure that no processing related to bulk email is performed during the relevant time window.

■ Fix Details
The following issues have been fixed:
- Prevention of duplicate selection process creation
Although the system is designed to prevent creating multiple selection processes for the same job opening + job seeker combination, an issue was identified where duplicate processes could be created when the actions occurred simultaneously. This issue has been fixed.
- Fix for display control issues when the number of matched records exceeds 1,000
When performing matching, if the number of matched records (job openings / job seeker records for which a selection process has already been created) exceeded 1,000, the gray-out or hidden status was not correctly applied. This has been fixed so that gray-out / hide settings are now supported for up to 5,000 records.
- Fix for incorrect record count display when sublist records exceed 1,000
In the Process sublist on the Job and Resume detail screens, an issue existed where the displayed record count stopped at 1,000 even when the actual number of records exceeded this limit. This issue has been fixed so that the correct record count is now displayed for up to 5,000 records.
- Fix for display issues related to sorting on list screens
After the UI renewal, executing a sort operation on list screens no longer automatically scrolled the view to the top of the list. This issue has been fixed.
