We will perform maintenance associated with the PORTERS Core Search release.
Details and changes for the maintenance are as follows.

■ Feature Additions

In keyword-based file searches, it will now be possible to perform searches even when there are more than 10,000 results. *

Previously, when the Keyword Search Mode was set to “All” or “Attachment,” a message was displayed indicating that results could not be shown if the number of attachment results exceeded 10,000.
Going forward, results will be displayed even when the number of attachments exceeds 10,000.

Please note that when the number of results exceeds 10,000, it may take some time for the results to appear.
However, if search conditions other than keywords are specified, those conditions will be applied first, and the file search will then be narrowed down based on those results, which can help improve performance.

* When performing a search in a resource with more than 10,000 attachments, if the data search returns over 250,000 results, the message
“Search results for attachments exceed the maximum limit of 10,000…” will be displayed, and the search cannot be completed.
If this message appears, please refine your search by adding conditions other than keywords so that the number of results is reduced to 250,000 or fewer.
