Notice of Service Termination for PORTERS Mobile
Settings can be made by users of the user type: System Administrator.
1. Mobile Settings Screen
Click "Mobile" from the settings menu of the PORTERS PC version.
2. Start of Use
By setting the start of use to ON, you can log into PORTERS Mobile.
※ Before turning it ON, you need to arrange the items on the list screen and detail screen.
3. List Screen
Click "Edit" for the list screen you want to set from "Layout Setting - List".
On the right side, there are items similar to the PORTERS PC customization screen, and you can arrange the items you want to display under "Items" by dragging and dropping.
Finally, click the "Confirm Layout" button.
・The "number of items currently installed / number of items that can be placed" is displayed at the top.
・The number of items that can be set on the list screen is 5 items.
※JOB will be the assignment progress/selection process phase group out of 5 items.
※We have confirmed a bug where an error occurs and the screen does not display, remaining on Loading if you set an item referring to the Contract. Until it is fixed, please remove items that refer to the Contract.
・Creation and editing of items are done on the PORTERS PC customization screen.
・By placing a phase on the list screen, you can filter by phase on the mobile screen.
・It is also possible to install an assignment progress (selection process) group on the JOB list screen.
The assignment progress (selection process) group is synchronized with the content set on the PORTERS PC customization screen.
・There is no list screen for Staff (Resume).
4. Detail Screen
Click "Edit" for the detail screen you want to set from "Layout Setting - Detail".
On the right side, there are groups and items similar to the PORTERS PC customization screen, and you can arrange the groups and items you want to display on the left side by dragging and dropping.
Finally, click the "Confirm Layout" button.
・The "number of items currently installed / number of items that can be placed" is displayed at the top.
・The number of items that can be set on the detail screen is 50 items.
・Creation and editing of groups and items are done on the PORTERS PC customization screen.
※We have confirmed a bug where an error occurs and the screen does not display, remaining on Loading if you set an item referring to the Contract. Until it is fixed, please remove items that refer to the Contract.
