Unless otherwise stated, this site describes the system using typical names and layouts commonly adopted in recruitment agency operations.
When creating PDF files such as job postings using the standard Document feature, you can apply a Document template.
Several templates are provided in advance, but you can also freely create your own as needed.
This page introduces how to create Document templates.
*This page does not cover Smart-Document templates. For Smart-Documents, please refer to Smart-Document Template Management.
To create a Document template for Jobs, access the Document creation screen from the Job list. To create a Document template for Candidates, access it from the Candidate list via the action menu.
On the PDF creation screen, click the [+] button for “Template” in the settings under the “Document” tab.
The template creation screen opens. First, enter an internal management name.
(The template name is not displayed in the Document content.)
To display your company logo in the Document, click the [+] button for “Logo Image” and select an image.
The logo image height is fixed at 1.5 cm, and the width is automatically adjusted based on the height.
If the image balance is distorted, please adjust the original image size.
Enter the “Subject”. The subject is displayed as the Document title and is used as the file name when saving.
Enter the body text.
You can directly input text and separator lines (symbols) and adjust the layout as needed.
You cannot attach images, change fonts or colors, or add ruled lines.
Clicking an item name displayed on the right side of the screen inserts the item tag at the cursor position. When applying the template, the value of that item will be reflected at the tag position.
After completing the settings, click “Save” to return to the PDF creation screen.
Click the “Template” dropdown and confirm that the created template is available.
Select the template and click the “Apply” button to reflect the item values in the tagged sections.
To edit the selected template, click the pencil icon. To delete a template, click the trash can icon.
Please note that you cannot revert an edited template to its previous state, nor can you restore deleted templates.
