Header
Note: In this image, some elements such as item names and phases are displayed in Japanese.
On the dashboard settings screen, there is an ON/OFF toggle switch. Once you complete all settings and turn the switch ON, the new dashboard will become available for use.
The dashboard settings screen can be accessed by system administrator users by clicking the 'Dashboard Settings' option from the Settings menu.
ON/OFF
In order to use the dashboard, users need to complete all settings on the configuration screen and enable the feature by switching it ON. The feature cannot be enabled unless all mandatory fields have been configured.
* Once the feature is turned ON, the previous top page and the previous dashboard will no longer be displayed.
However, for users who are not set as "Department/User" in any of the four templates, the traditional TOP page and dashboard will still be displayed.
Preview
By clicking the 'Preview' button, you can check how the current settings will appear on the dashboard screen. In the preview screen, all numerical values are displayed as dummy data.
Please note that in the preview screen, the following functions cannot be operated or are restricted:
- You cannot click the item count to access the list view.
- The last updated timestamp is not displayed.
- Additional tabs cannot be added.
- Only the tabs of the user who clicked the Preview button will be displayed.
Templates
The dashboard provides four templates: for job owners and resume owners in both agency and staffing.
Please configure the appropriate template according to your business type.
〇 Default Dashboard Name
Japanese |
English |
(Once a template name has been edited and saved, that name will be displayed regardless of the language settings.)
The template name will be reflected on the dashboard screen.
You can change it using the pencil icon (up to 50 characters).
Common Settings

Department/User
Note: In this image, some elements such as item names and phases are displayed in Japanese.

Hidden departments, deleted departments, users whose usage has ended, and users who have not yet started cannot be selected.
Users belonging to the specified departments and the designated users will be able to use this dashboard template when they access the dashboard page. They will also be included as targets for aggregation displayed on the dashboard.
Aggregation period criteria
The items used for the dashboard aggregation period are Phase Date and Process Date.
These are fixed and cannot be changed.
Start date of the aggregation period
Please set the aggregation period. You can choose one of the following two options.
■ Set Aggregation Start Date
Specify which day of the current month will be used as the start date for the aggregation period.
The system will aggregate data for one month based on the selected date.
Choose either 1st of each month or 16th of each month.
■ Custom Settings
You can specify any start date and end date.
If there is a period where the start and end dates are not set, the system will automatically create a new period based on the last configured end date, using the same number of days.
Items used for search
Set the items and conditions to be used as service categories when aggregating data on the dashboard.
The item used to determine the service category must be selected from option-type fields.
You can add conditions by clicking '+ Add Filter Condition'.
Option-type fields that are hidden cannot be selected.
Assignment criteria
Set the field used to determine the owner when aggregating data on the dashboard.
You can select from Owner fields (Resource.P_Owner) or user-type fields.
Unused Owner fields or user-type fields cannot be selected.
