Switch Dashboard
You can switch dashboards using the following button.
The type and number of dashboards displayed vary by user (up to four). Dashboards set to 'Enabled' by the system administrator will be displayed to the relevant users, based on the dashboard settings (departments and users configured for use).
The order of the available dashboard buttons, from left to right, is as follows:
- Agency RA (Job Owner)
- Agency CA (Resume Owner)
- Staffing Sales (Job Owner)
- Staffing Coordinator (Resume Owner)
Note: Dashboard names can be changed, so they may differ depending on your environment."
Tab and Adding
You can configure the aggregation targets for the dashboard and view them by switching between tabs.
Up to 10 tabs can be displayed.
When you access the dashboard screen for the first time, the default tabs (initial state) displayed from left to right are:
The name of the user who accessed it (Me)
The department name of the user who accessed it (My Department)."
New tabs can be created by clicking the '+ Display additional' button.
(To delete a tab, click the [×] button displayed on the tab. Please note that deletion occurs immediately, so be careful to avoid accidental removal.)
Select the aggregation targets for the dashboard.
From the predefined target groups specified by the system administrator (based on the dashboard settings for Department/User), you can choose either users or departments.
Multiple selections are allowed; however, you cannot mix departments and users in the same selection (choose either departments only or users only).
If you select two or more, they will be displayed as one tab as a group.
You can also set a group name.
Click the "Add" button to add a tab.
The users to be aggregated will be displayed under [Aggregation Target].
Tabs cannot be edited, so if you need to recreate them, please delete the tab with the × button and add it again.
Frequency of Latest Data Retrieval
The frequency for retrieving the latest data displayed on the dashboard is every 30 minutes.
The date and time of the last data retrieval are shown at the top right as the 'Last Updated' timestamp.
Any updates made in the settings screen will also be reflected at the same 30-minute intervals.
This specification is designed to reduce server load. We appreciate your understanding.
Note: If there is no data retrieved yet, the "Last Updated" timestamp will refresh each time you reload the screen until the initial data retrieval is completed.
Note: Data will not be retrieved for past extraction periods.
Extraction Period
The aggregation period for the data displayed on the dashboard is shown, and you can switch the displayed period using the dropdown menu.
By clicking the left and right arrows (< >), you can also switch to the previous month or the next month.
Period |
Details |
Past |
You can view up to 36 months in the past. Goal setting is not possible. The data displayed corresponds to the last day of the selected period and reflects the department information the user belonged to at that time. Periods before the month when the dashboard was enabled will not be displayed. Even if you register data with phase dates that fall within past periods, it will not be included in the aggregation. |
Current |
You can view the current month. Goal setting is possible. |
Future |
Goal setting is possible up to 6 months in the future. |
Work Consumption Rate
Within the selected extraction period, the dashboard displays how many 'Elapsed' days have passed compared to your company’s designated 'Working Days', as well as the 'Work Consumption Rate' percentage.
Working Days |
Displays the number of working days within the selected extraction period. |
Elapsed |
Displays which day today falls within the selected extraction period as 'Elapsed' |
Work Consumption Rate |
Displays the percentage of 'Elapsed' days compared to the total 'Working Days' as 'Work Consumption Rate'. Formula: ('Elapsed' ÷ 'Working Days') × 100 |
※ Whether a day is considered a 'Working Day' is determined based on the settings configured by the system administrator in Dashboard Working Days Settings.
Cumulative Period
Target
Displays the target value set from the Dashboard Goal Setting.
(※ If no target values are set for all display items, they will not be shown. Target values can be set by users who have been granted goal-setting permissions in the Dashboard Goal Setting screen.)
Actual
Displays the actual value (number of achievements during the period) based on the conditions set by the system administrator in the dashboard settings screen.
Clicking the actual value will display the records included in the achievement on a list screen in a new browser tab.
※ Please Note
- The list will be displayed using the default list view provided at the time of PORTERS delivery for the aggregated resource. It is not possible to specify which list view will be used.
In particular, please note that it cannot be displayed using a list view created by a system administrator user.
(Reference Help: Customize Lists and Global Menu → Creating Menus)
▽▽ Tips for Identification (for system administrators) ▽▽
Lists that exist from the initial state of PORTERS delivery do not display the "Initial Display Settings" tab in the customization screen (accessible only by system administrators). [Image left] (For reference, please see the help page here.)
In contrast, lists created by system administrator users display the "Initial Display Settings" tab and can be configured. [Image right]
- If, after clicking an actual value, the expected list view displays “Access Denied,” access to that list view is restricted. Please consider reviewing the security group settings in the system administrator configuration.
(Reference Help: Security Group Settings)
If you suspect a system misjudgment, please try logging in to PORTERS again.
Goal Achievement
[(Actual ÷ Target) × 100]
Displays the cumulative Goal Achievement for the period as [(Actual ÷ Target) × 100].
ex.) Offer Goal Achievement = (Actual Offers ÷ Target Offers) × 100
If multiple users or departments are grouped, cumulative targets and actuals are summed.
ex.) Offer Goal Achievement = (Sum of Actual Offers ÷ Sum of Target Offers) × 100
(※ If no target values are set for all display items, they will not be shown. Target values can be set by users who have been granted target setting permissions in Dashboard Goal Setting screen.)
Work Progress
[(Actual ÷ (Target × Work Consumption Rate)) × 100]
Displays the progress rate as [(Actual ÷ (Target × Work Consumption Rate)) × 100].
ex.) Offer Work Progress = Actual Offers ÷ (Target Offers × Sales Consumption Rate) × 100
If the work progress rate exceeds 100%, a blue ↑ arrow,
If below 100%, a red ↓ arrow,
If exactly 100%, a yellow → arrow is displayed.
(※ If no target values are set for all display items, they will not be shown. Target values can be set by users who have been granted target setting permissions in Dashboard Goal Setting screen.)
CVR
Displays the conversion rate (CVR) as the percentage of progress from one specified item to the next, based on the cumulative period totals.
CVR Target
[Cumulative Target ÷ Cumulative Target for Previous Item ×100]
The CVR target is automatically calculated from the cumulative targets and displayed as the goal value.
ex.) JOB Apply Rate Target = (【Cumulative Period】JOB Apply Target ÷ 【Cumulative Period】Introduce JD Target)×100
There is no target value for “Pitch Rate (UU)”.
(If no target values are set for any of the displayed items, the rows for “Target” and “Goal Achievement” will not be shown. Target values can be set by users who have been granted target setting permissions in Dashboard Goal Setting screen.)
CVR Actual
[Cumulative Actual ÷ Cumulative Actual for Previous Item ×100]
The CVR, automatically calculated from the “Cumulative Actual,” is displayed as the actual value.
ex.) JOB Apply Rate Actual = (【Cumulative Period】JOB Apply Actual ÷ 【Cumulative Period】Introduce JD Actual)×100
The following items do not fall under the above calculation formula.
Template |
KPI |
Calculation formula |
| Agency RA (Job Owner) | Inquiry Rate (UU) | (【Cumulative Period】OPEN JOB - 【Latest Phase】Awaiting JOB Introduction)÷【Cumulative Period】OPEN JOB × 100 |
| Staffing Sales (Job Owner) | Inquiry Rate (UU) | (【Cumulative Period】OPEN JOB - 【Latest Phase】Awaiting JOB Introduction)÷【Cumulative Period】OPEN JOB × 100 |
If any items are hidden, the calculation will use the item immediately to the left of the Cumulative Period.
For example, when calculating the “CV Passes Rate” shown in the image above, if “Sent CV” is hidden, the items used in the calculation will be “JOB Apply” and “CV Pass,” resulting in a change from 100% to 25%.
ex.) CV Passes Rate = 【Cumulative Period】CV Pass ÷ 【Cumulative Period】 JOB Apply × 100
Agency RA “Pitch Rate” and Staffing Sales “Pitch Rate” differ from other calculation formulas. When the item immediately to the left is hidden, both the numerator and denominator are affected in the calculation. Specifically, the pitch rate is calculated as shown below.
Latest Phase
Displays the actual count for the latest phase that matches the conditions set on the Dashboard Settings screen.
When you click the link for the number of cases, the corresponding records will be displayed in the PORTERS list screen in a new browser tab.
