Matching operations and Progress management.

Here is a sample of "Job" and "Resume/Candidate" list view screens for matching operations and progress management.

Field	Details
JOB ID	[JOB] System field Click on it to display detailed screen for the Job.
Client Name	[Client] Single Line Text Type Click on it to display the Client detailed information linked to the Job.
Position	[JOB] Single Line Text Type Click on it to display detailed screen of the Job. For example, after filtering positions that include phrases such as 'quick hiring' you can assign priorities to the jobs.  Please refer to Filtering for more information.
Phase	[JOB] Option Type This shows the JOB phase. The phase can be changed right on the list view screen.
Phase Date	[JOB] Date Time Type This shows the phase dates. The phase date can be changed right on the list view screen.
Job Rank	[JOB] Option Type For example, you can sort the jobs from the highest rank and conduct matching in that order of priority.
Expected no. of candidates to be hired	[JOB] Number Type This is for inputting the number of expected hires.
①JOB Introduction	[Process Group] All the prior processes until Job introduction are collectively registered here. The process group is set in advance. Please refer here for more information about Groups
②Sent CV	[Process Group] This shows all the processes until Sent CV stage. The process group is set in advance.
③Interview	[Process Group] This shows all the processes until interview stage. The process group is set in advance.
④Offer	[Process Group] This shows all the processes from the offer stage. The process group is set in advance.
Industry Category	[JOB] Option Type For example, when the jobs that need matching are on the list view, you can filter the jobs from the same industry and shortlist them for matching.
Job Category	[JOB] Option Type For example, when the jobs that need matching are on the list view, you can filter the jobs from the same job category and shortlist them for matching.
Employment Type	[JOB] Option Type For example, when the jobs that need matching are on the list view, you can filter the jobs with the same employment type and shortlist them for matching.
Work Location	[JOB] Option Type For example, when the jobs that need matching are on the list view, you can filter the jobs with the same work location and shortlist them for matching.
Minimum Monthly Salary	[JOB] Currency Type For example, after performing matching, the results can be arranged according to salary in ascending or descending order depending on the priority.
Maximum Monthly Salary	[JOB] Currency type For example, after performing matching, the results can be arranged according to salary in ascending or descending order depending on the priority.
Minimum Age	[JOB] Number Type For example, after performing matching, the results can be arranged according to age in ascending or descending order depending on the priority.
Maximum Age	[JOB] Number Type For example, after performing matching, the results can be arranged according to age in ascending or descending order depending on the priority.
Reason for Recommendation	[JOB] Multi Line Text Type If there are qualification requirements, sorting can be done to prioritize the results and can be shortlisted in readiness for matching.
JOB Owner	[JOB]System This is the person in charge of a JOB.

Field	Details
Resume ID	[Resume] System Type Click on it to display the detailed view screen of the resume.
Resume Title	[Resume] Single Line Text Type Click on it to display the detailed view screen of the resume.
Photo	[Resume] Image Type This displays the candidates' photo.
Birthday(Age)	[Resume] Single Line Text Type For example, age can be sorted in ascending order and priority given for matching.
Priority	[Resume] Option Type For examples the data can be arranged in the order of highest priority using 'sort' in readiness for matching.
Expected Job change period	[Resume] Option Type For example, the data can be arranged in the order of those who wish to change jobs in the near future by using 'sort' in readiness for matching.
Phase	[Resume] Option Type This displays JOB phase. Changes can quickly be made to phase right from the list view screen.
Phase Date	[Resume] Date Time Type This displays Phase history dates. Changes can quickly be made to phase date right from the list view screen.
Phase Memo	[Resume] Multiple Line Text Type Phase history notes are made here. Changes can quickly be made  right from the list view screen.

②Sent CV	[Process Group] The number of processes until CV sent is displayed here. The phases are set in groups.

④Placement	[Process Group] The number of processes from Placement  is displayed here. The phases are set in groups.
Experienced Industry Category	[Resume] Option Type For example, when the list of resumes that need matching are on the list view, the ones with similar Experienced Industry Category can be filtered and shortlisted in readiness for matching.
Preferred Industry Category	[Resume] Option Type For example, when the list of resumes that need matching are on the list view, the ones with similar Preferred Industry Category can be filtered and shortlisted in readiness for matching.
Experienced Job Category	[Resume] Option Type For example, when the list of resumes that need matching are on the list view, the ones with similar Experienced Job Category can be filtered and shortlisted in readiness for matching.
Preferred Job Category	[Resume] Option Type For example, when the list of resumes that need matching are on the list view, the ones with similar Preferred Job Category can be filtered and shortlisted in readiness for matching.
Current Monthly Salary	[Resume] Number Type For example, after performing matching, the Current Monthly Salary can be arranged in monthly salary ascending or descending order depending on the priority.
Expected Monthly Salary	[Resume] Number For example, after performing matching, the Current Monthly Salary can be arranged in monthly salary ascending or descending order depending on the priority.
Preferred Working Location	[Resume] Option Type For example, when you have on the list view screen the list of candidates that need to be matched, you can filter out those that have the same preferred work location and shortlist them for matching with jobs of similar requirements.
Resume Owner	[Resume] System Type This is the person in charge of the Resume.
