Overview
Overall Structure and Flow to Use
Overview
We have renewed the previous dashboard and will provide a new dashboard.
To enable users to take actions toward achieving their goals and managers to accurately understand the team situation and give clear management instructions, KPI can now be checked in more detail.
What you can do with the New Dashboard
- Dashboard screen visualizing KPI progress and yield
- Visualize the flow in a table format
- One-click from bottleneck detection to business screen
- Grant and manage goal-setting permissions by user or Department
- Understand goal achievement rate and business progress rate by setting goals and business days
※ To use the new dashboard, the System Administrator must set “ON” (Enable) on the dashboard settings screen.
※ When the new dashboard is enabled, the existing dashboard and existing top screen will be hidden, and the top screen after login will become the New Dashboard. (However, for users who are not set as "Department/User" in any of the four templates, the traditional TOP page and dashboard will still be displayed.)
Overall Structure and Flow to Use
The overall steps required to properly utilize Dashboard are as follows.
| 1 |
While considering and designing proper operation methods configure Dashboard-Settings. |
Define KPI indicators, aggregation targets, display contents, and viewable Users. |
| 2 | configure Working-Days-Settings. | Basis for calculating progress rates toward goals. |
| 3 | configure Goal-Setting-Permission. | Define which Users can set goals and the scope they can configure. |
| 4 |
Each User with granted permissions configure Dashboard-Goal-Setting. |
Define monthly numeric goals. |
| 5 |
Each viewable User configures display Tabs for ease of use. |
Check daily progress and conversion targets for individual or team goals. Use this for daily activities. |
Only after completing the above process can Users view Dashboards
and utilize the Dashboard feature as intended.
It is not necessary to follow the above order strictly.
Also, steps 2, 3, and 4 should only be configured if you want to use values/displays reflected by setting goals.
You can start using the Dashboard without these settings and configure them later if needed.
Step 5 is for each user who can access the Dashboard to configure for their own convenience. It is not a setting to be applied directly by administrators.
