Dashboard Goal Setting Overview
The overall steps required to properly utilize Dashboard are as follows.

Define KPI indicators, aggregation targets, display contents, and viewable Users. |

Check daily progress and conversion targets for individual or team goals. Use this for daily activities. |
Only after completing the above process can Users view Dashboards
and utilize the Dashboard feature as intended.
It is not necessary to follow the above order strictly.
Also, steps 2, 3, and 4 should only be configured if you want to use values/displays reflected by setting goals.
You can start using the Dashboard without these settings and configure them later if needed.
Step 5 is for each user who can access the Dashboard to configure for their own convenience. It is not a setting to be applied directly by administrators.

Goal Settings Permissions screen

Granting goal-setting permissions is performed by the system administrator through the settings menu.
On the goal-setting permissions screen, only users who have been granted permissions are displayed in the list.
In the search box at the top right, you can search among users or departments that have been granted permissions.
There are three types of permissions:
- Company Goal Setting Permission
- Department Goal Setting Permission
- Individual Goal Setting Permission

Add New
Click the "Add new permissions" button and select the user/department to grant permissions.
・ Multiple users/departments can be selected.
・ You can search by entering part of the department or user name.
・ If you select a department, all users in that department will be included.
・ Users available for selection include pre-start and ended users.
Select the permission level for goal setting.
・ If you choose Department Goal Setting Permission, "Own department" (the department the selected user belongs to) will be checked by default. You can also select other departments.
(If the user moves from Department A to Department B while holding permission for "My Department," it will automatically update to Department B.)
・ "Not set" is used when removing granted permissions.
Finally, click "Save".
Goal Setting Permission List
Granted permissions are marked with a circle.
"Company Goal Setting Permission" allows setting goals for all departments and individuals.
"Department" permission shows "Own Department" and any additional selected departments.
The display order of the list is:
Based on the order of departments shown on the User Department screen,
and within the same department, the order matches the User List screen.
Edit Settings (Remove Permission)
To change permission settings, click the pencil button.
To edit multiple users at once, check the boxes and click the "Bulk update" button.
To remove granted permissions, select "Not set" and save.
Users with granted permissions can enter goals on the Goal Settings screen.
