[Scheduled] 2026/4/23 PORTERS HAISHIN 1.1.0 Release Notes

We will perform maintenance associated with the PORTERS HAISHIN (formerly PORTERS MA) release.
The maintenance details and changes are as follows.

■ Release Work Schedule

■ Impact During Work Time

Services will remain available during the above time period.

■ Feature Additions

• In Mail Delivery Settings, we will add the following setting items, along with related UI changes and feature additions.
  • “Job Proposal” mail
    　Add send-timing conditions (Send Reference Date / Send Timing)
  • “Candidate” mail
    　Add: Update Candidate Phase when sending mail / Candidate Phase when answering a questionnaire
• Expired URL link page
  Previously, when more than 30 days had passed since an email was sent, the URL expired and a 404 error page was displayed when accessed.  
  With this release, we will display a notice indicating that the URL has expired instead. (Japanese Only)
  

■ Fix Details

• On various “Mail Delivery Results List” screens, clicking a numeric value will allow you to open the PORTERS list view filtered to the corresponding targets.  
  When the number of target records is large, the URL may exceed the maximum length allowed by PORTERS, resulting in an error.  
  This issue will be addressed with this release.
