We will perform maintenance associated with the PORTERS SAISOKU release.
Details and changes for the maintenance are as follows.

■ New Features

Two major new features will be added, both available from the SAISOKU admin screen.
(Accordingly, new menu items will be added to the side menu of the SAISOKU admin screen.)

Help pages for these features will be published at the time of release. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the details of these features after the release.

1. Addition of the "運用状況サマリ（Excelファイル出力）" (Operation Status Summary and Excel File Export) feature!

• A "summary" that aggregates SAISOKU usage data can now be exported as an Excel file.

2. Addition of the Mail / SMS Template feature!

For the following three types of emails sent automatically by SAISOKU when an application occurs, users will now be able to create, edit, and delete "テンプレート" (templates) that specify the subject line, body text, and other content.

• メール（社内通知） ：　A notification email sent to the in-house person in charge.
• メール（応募者通知） ：　An email sent to the applicant.
• SMS ：　An SMS message sent to the applicant.
