When trying to carry out "Multi-job Mail" from the resume sublist process, a message "The item has been deleted" is displayed and can not be executed.

The following trouble was corrected in HRBC 4.0.1, but since another trouble has occurred, only the relevant part is remanded.
Original bug: Fixed the issue of phase restriction not being reflected on pha se settings of email templates when the Multi-job Mail function is used.
