PORTERS Version 8.3.3 provides the following features.
■ Date and Time
Friday, November 14, 2025, 7:00 AM - 7:57 AM
*Times are in 24-hour format.
*The service will remain available during the above time period.
■ Specification Change
To address an issue preventing proper configuration of Office 365 email settings,
we have changed the specification for granting permissions to the HRBC Mail Service.
Previously, users had to individually “consent” to enable Office 365 email settings.
Going forward, your Office 365 administrator will need to perform a one-time “proxy approval” on behalf of the organization.
This “proxy approval” will allow other users to configure settings without individual consent.

The email feature in PORTERS (recognized and referred to by Microsoft as the app "HRBC Mail Service")
requires "admin consent" to access your Microsoft 365 information (this includes the aforementioned "admin consent" or "administrator approval").
Below are the operations and procedures considered necessary to perform this.
This section involves Microsoft’s mechanisms and settings, and is therefore outside the scope of our support.
Please note that these are typical procedures. Depending on Microsoft’s settings, the configuration or operations may not complete as expected.
We sincerely apologize, but in such cases, please refer to Microsoft’s support information and determine alternative solutions accordingly.
Based on what we understand, there are three typical procedures.
Please consider the following methods for configuration. (In most cases, procedure ② may be the easiest to apply.)
① Configure PORTERS email settings under [Office 365] using a Microsoft 365 administrator account.
During this process, clicking [Accept] will complete the "admin consent."
② Perform the "admin consent" operation via [Microsoft Entra Admin Center].
We apologize for the brief explanation, but please follow the steps below:
Microsoft Entra Admin Center (https://entra.microsoft.com/)
- From the left sidebar, select [Enterprise Applications]
- From the list of applications, click "HRBC Mail Service" (*)
- From the left sidebar, select [Permissions]
- Click the [Grant admin consent for ○○] button
- Follow the on-screen instructions and click [Accept]
*If you have never attempted to configure PORTERS email settings under [Office 365] from the PORTERS screen, it will not be displayed.
③ If "Admin consent requests" are enabled in Microsoft’s "Admin consent settings"
When a non-administrator Microsoft account
attempts to configure PORTERS email settings under [Office 365],
and reaches a screen where a request for approval can be sent to the administrator,
please proceed with the request.
(*If the request cannot be made, this procedure cannot be followed.)
This feature will send a notification email to the Microsoft administrator account,
so please follow the instructions in the email and click [Accept].
