HR Business Cloud (HRBC) Version4.0.16 has the following changes.

【Date】

【New feature】

1　Record Owner information added to the phase history.

As a result, record owner information for each phase can be extracted (report function), which can be used for KPI management.

【Improvements】

2　The screen has been changed to improve usability.

・Previously the matching screen required horizontal scrolling bar, however, all the contents can now be viewed on a single screen.
・Ruled lines have been added to the matching screen, report items, etc., making it easier to see.

1　Record Owner information added to the phase history.

Summary

It is now possible to set and edit the 'owners' in client, HR, Jobs and Resume pages from each resource phase history. 'Owners' of Jobs, Resumes and Processes can be selected from the phase history of Process and Revenue. As a result, record owner information for each phase can be extracted (report function), which can be used for KPI management.

To be able to use this feature, the necessary settings need to be done on the customization page. On the 「Sublist・Edit」page, select the relevant resources from phase history and set to display.(The following image shows the settings for adding process phase history to the Process page)

※Existing data does not have preset 'owner'

・A field has also been added on the report function to reflect this new feature.

・If you wish to use the 'owner' for Phase Write / Read, please add the following tag in HRBC Connect API.
※Current API settings will not be affected by this release.

【Bug Fixes】

Fixed the issue that when fields not related to phase are imported, the phase 'updated by' and 'date updated' get updated on resume sublist as the importer and date of import.
Fixed the issue that when an image file is registered in Resume data linked to API, the last set information is registered instead.
