■ Impact During Work Time
During the pre-migration execution, the service will remain available.
During the release operation period [May 31, 2026 (Sun) 18:00 – until completion], the Security Group Management screen will not be accessible.
- Security Group settings cannot be changed during this period.
- Existing Security Group settings will continue to function normally.
- Accessing the Security Group Management screen during this period will result in a loading state.
■ Feature Additions
1. New Resources Will Be Added
To manage temporary staffing operations in PORTERS, the following four resources will be added.
- Training
- Healthcheckup
- Stabilization
- Assignmentlocation
*These new resources will not appear on your PORTERS screen unless individually configured by our team.
*Further details will be provided once they become available for use.
2. Conditional-Required Enhancement
The Conditional-Required feature previously functioned only on the “Add New / Edit” screen for resource records. It will now also apply to the following operations:
- Quick-Field-Editing from the list view
- Updating Reference-type fields in the edit screen
- Phase Update during single mail sending (excluding mails from matching)
- Adding a new Phase History in a sublist
*Please note that this feature will still not function during the following operations:
・Bulk processing such as Import, Bulk Update, or Bulk Mail Send
・Data updates via API or external applications
・Single mail sending from Matching

■ Fix Details
The following issues will be fixed:
- Fix for an issue where, on the search screen, entering a keyword condition exceeding 200 characters and exporting with “All data that matches the search criteria” selected resulted in 0 records being output.
- Fix for an issue where buttons of the action menu on the detail view became smaller while being clicked, resulting in an unclickable state.
- Fix for an issue where clicking the Resource ID link on the Activity edit screen did not trigger screen navigation.
The following fixes apply to issues related to resources added in PORTERS 8.4.0 (resources that are displayed only in environments where individual configuration has been applied).
- Fix an issue where phases registered in the Office resource are not displayed in the “Phase” – “Phase Progression” tab on the customization screen.
- Fix an issue where the values of <Contract:1001-504> and <Employment:1019-3804> set in document templates of the Talentmanagement resource are not displayed on the PDF creation screen.
- Update the display in Recently Accessed for the Office resource to show “Office Unit Name / Client Name” instead of only “Office Unit Name.”
- Fix an issue where records are not displayed in Recently Accessed when accessing records created using a Resume resource with a blank personal name in the Employment and Talentmanagement resources.
- Fix an issue where the layout breaks when attempting Quick-Field-Editing for contracts on the list view of the Employment resource.
- Fixed an issue where the error message “Data was not found” was not displayed when searching for a non-existent Employment Contract on the new Evaluation resource screen.
- Fix an issue in the Talentmanagement resource where clicking the magnifying glass button for the Resource ID does not perform a search when adding a new Activity from a sublist on the detail screen.
- Fix an issue where Reference-type fields of the Employment resource cannot be edited using Quick-Field-Editing on the list view of the Talentmanagement resource.
- Fix an issue where the display format of Employment differs between opening the new Talentmanagement screen from the list view and opening it from the sublist of the Employment resource.
- Fix an issue where Reference-type fields of the Sales resource are not automatically displayed when setting a contract on the new or edit screen of the Employment resource.
