We will perform maintenance associated with the ZLOSS release.

■ Fix Details

• Fixes related to reminder emails
  • Fixed so that the URL portion for web interviews in reminder emails sent to Candidates can be accessed by clicking (so that it becomes a hyperlink).
     
  • Fixed an issue where, when an interview booking operation was performed from a browser with a time zone other than Japan Standard Time applied, discrepancies occurred in the time displayed in the reminder email. (Originally, it should have been displayed based on the time interpreted in the time zone set in the segment, but it was displayed based on the time zone of the browser used for the booking operation.)
     
  • Fixed an issue where discrepancies occurred in the time displayed in reminder emails when an interview booking operation was performed from a browser with [a time zone that has a minute-based offset from UTC] applied (as mentioned above, after this release, the time zone set in the segment will be taken into account).
     
    • Examples of [time zones with minute-based offsets from UTC]:
      • Chatham Standard Time (Pacific/Chatham, GMT+12:45)
      • Lord Howe Standard Time (Australia/Lord_Howe, GMT+10:30)
      • Myanmar Time (Asia/Rangoon, GMT+06:30)
      • Nepal Time (Asia/Katmandu, GMT+05:45)
      • India Standard Time (Asia/Calcutta, GMT+05:30)
      • Newfoundland Daylight Time (America/St_Johns, GMT-02:30)
      • Venezuela Time (America/Caracas, GMT-04:30)
        
         
• Fix to processing for the "Interview Date/Time" field ( PORTERS environments currently using PORTERS SAISOKU only )
  • Fixed an issue where the value of the "Interview Date/Time" field (alias: Resume.A_SSKXINTERVIEWDATETIME) was not updated when [the date/time when the interview booking operation was performed or the booked date/time] was earlier than [the existing phase of the relevant Candidate record (the value of the phase date)].
