[Before] 予約 → 処理中 → 配信依頼完了 → 完了
[After] 予約 → 処理中 →フェーズ更新中 → 配信依頼完了 → 完了

Before the change, when the status is "処理中," the operations being performed are the scheduled delivery process (which determines the recipients and generates the email) and the phase update process.
After the update, these two processes will be separated, and their statuses will be displayed independently.
Please note that even if the delivery time is reached while the system is “更新中,” the email will still be sent.
