Action Menu Customization

In the list screen or detail screen, each record has menu options such as 'Edit' and 'Delete' displayed. This is the action menu.
The action menu is on various records and you can customize each of the menu displayed.
You can also add a link to Google search or map as "customized action".
If you want to change the contents of the action menu, you do so from the edit action menu on the customize screen.

First of all, please select from the dropdown which resource action menu you would like to edit such as company, JOB, etc.

Next, when you select which action menu to edit, the display at the bottom of the screen will change.

The left side of the action menu edit screen are the menu items currently in use and on the right side are the unused ones.
You can rearrange the order or switch from used menu to unused menu by drag & drop.

If you want to change the name of each menu, you can edit it by clicking the pencil button of the corresponding menu.
If you want to enter the name of the global menu in the action menu name, copy the necessary parameter from the list that appears at the bottom of the edit screen.

Also, if you want to add a link menu as a new "customized action", click the "New" button, a new creation screen will be displayed.

Enter the name to be displayed in English or Japanese and enter the URL to be executed when this menu is selected.
For example, if you enter the Google search URL and set the company name parameter in the search criteria part of the URL, you can perform a Google search with the company name just by clicking on this action menu .

※Action menus related to basic functions such as "Edit" and "Delete" can not be arbitrarily added or deleted.

When all changes are completed, be sure to click on the "Save layout" button and save the changes.

※The action menu for JOB has been used as an example, and the content displayed in the sublist differs depending on the resource.

 

■Action menu
This is the menu displayed by clicking the "▼" icon displayed on the left side of each record title on the list screen, and the menus displayed at the upper part of the details screen

 

■ Bulk Action
This is the menu displayed by clicking "Bulk Action" displayed at the top of the list screen, just below the global menu

 

■ Sublist Resume search (Old list screen only)
This is the menu displayed by clicking the "▼" icon displayed on the left side of each record in the matching result list

 

■ Sublist Resume search bulk action menu (Old list screen only)
The menu is displayed by clicking "Bulk Action" displayed at the top of the matching result list

 

■ Sublist Selection Process
The menu is displayed by clicking the "▼" icon displayed on the left side of each record in the Process list of the sublist

 

■ Sublist Selection Process bulk menu
The menu is displayed by clicking "Bulk Action" displayed at the top of the selection process list of the sublist

 

■ Sublist Attachment
The menu is displayed by clicking the "▼" icon displayed on the left side of each record in the attached file list of the sublist

The menu is displayed by clicking the "▼" icon displayed on the left side of each record in the phase history list of the sublist
