In HRBC, various types of items can be used depending on their customization, and special items for data management also exist.
In addition, since it is possible to set authority for each item to allow edit or read only, there may be items that can not be edited depending on the user.

These are items required by the system example ID of each record, data registration date, the person that registrered the data etc. The system automatically assigns IDs when data is newly registered. In addition, date and time and user information such as the data registration date, the person that registered the data, data update date, the person that updated the data automatically gets saved. Some items can not be deleted depending on their customization. |
| Reference type |  |
This item is used to reference and display the item data of the upper level on the screen of a lower level. Example: Display the company item "Industry" as a reference on the JOB detail screen. When editing reference-type item data in a lower level, editing is performed in a pop-up window, and the reference source item data is also updated. Access permission settings for item editing will reflect the settings of the referring item. When editing an item used in a formula on the screen to which it refers, the calculation will not be performed. For example, if there are items A, B, and C, and item C contains a formula that is [item A + item B], the value of item C is not automatically calculated and does not change. Some items recognized as default items can not be deleted depending on their customization. When changing the reference source, only fields of the same field type as the one originally specified during field creation will be available as candidates. Fields of different types cannot be selected. |

Kana, alphabet, numbers, etc. can be entered, but line breaks can not be used. It can be used as a key item when importing data. This is a free word search item. You can search without distinguishing uppercase, lowercase, one-byte and two-byte characters. Multiple word search is also possible by entering words with a space between them. Up to two hierarchical levels can be created. Multiple selections are possible for the checkbox format. It is also possible to remove a check from a previously checked option. |

Up to two hierarchical levels can be created. Radio button format is the format used for single selection. Once selected, it cannot be diselected. |
| Option: Drop down menu type |  |
Up to two hierarchical levels can be created. The drop-down menu format functions in a similar ways as the radio button format because of single selection, but using it can prevent the screen from being stretched when there are many choices. In addition, even if you select something once, you can diselect it. |
| Option: Search box type |  |
Up to two hierarchical levels can be created. There are two types of search box formats, single selection format and multiple selection format. It is convenient to use it when there are many choices that can not be displayed in drop down form such as university names. |
| Contact type |
This is an item type that can be displayed by selecting a “Contact” record. If you want to display the name, phone number, etc. of the “Contact” item as a Reference type item, you need to create this contact type item first. |
