In HRBC, it is possible to set for each item whether it should be an editable item or read only item.
Also, you can make detailed settings such as making it editable only by manager and above groups, or making it read-only when the phase is closed.

※ You can not restrict viewing.
Open the editing screen for the item you want to set up and click the "Access Setting" tab.
Basically, if you do not want to edit the item, open the drop down menu and select "Read only".
If you want to make detailed settings, the setting part differs depending on the pattern.
Pattern 1: Changing the editability depending on the status of the phase regardless of group
Basically it can not be edited, but you can make it editable for example only when the phase is open.
After selecting the basic access authority of the item, click "phase setting" displayed on the right side.
Since you can set the access authority for each phase, open and select the phase you want to perform settings to from the dropdown menu and click "OK" when they are all selected.
Check the details of the access rights you have set up, and click "Save" if there is no problem.
Pattern 2: Change the editability depending on the group regardless of the phase
Basically it can not be edited, but you can make it editable for example only by the managers.
After selecting the basic access authority of the items, click "Details" and check "Set access control for security group".
You can search and select groups, so select the group you want to set.
Select "Read / Write" from the dropdown menu displayed to the right of the group name.
Check the details of the access rights you have set up, and click "Save" if there is no problem.
Pattern 3: Change editability by phase or group
Only managers can edit, or the item is editable when the phase is open.
The procedure is the same as pattern 2 until agroup is selected .
After selecting the group, click "Phase setting of group".
Since you can set the access authority for each phase, open and select the phase you want to set up from the dropdown menu and click "OK" when they are all selected.
Check the details of the access rights you have set up, and click "Save" if there is no problem.
